To avoid downtime, please follow these procedures:
1) Sign up for an account using our online order form and it will be setup instantly. You will receive an email with the "Account Setup" instructions which will include your login and other details, so you can upload your files to our server.
2) After you're done uploading your files, contact your domain name registrar and have your domain name pointed to our DNS numbers (found in your welcome email).
3) Now, be patient. It will take about 24-48 hours for your registrar to update their DNS. Once it's updated, your domain name will point to your website that you have with us automatically.
4) After you confirm that your website is pointed to us, go ahead and cancel your account with your previous hosting company.
