What kind of support do you provide?

We will answer, help or fix any problems related to your web hosting account. We will provide support for all the services and features that we offer. We generally do NOT provide technical support for 3rd party software, although we will always try to help out when possible.

We use an extensive self-serve knowledgebase, along with a 24x7 support ticket system so you can track the progress of your ticket via your client area.

We also have our forums where you can post your questions and get answers from us or from other users.
